Travel Pathways (“we”, “us”) operates this website to help you plan holidays in Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Amarnath, Himachal, and related destinations. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you request a quote, unlock a download, customise a package, or chat with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, destination interest, travel dates, group size, and any notes you type. We also store a technical visitor session so we can understand which pages you viewed before enquiring (used only to serve you better and to score genuine leads).
How we use it
We use your details to respond to enquiries, send itineraries and prices, and — if you have asked us to — follow up about a trip. If our Travel Pathways operations system is connected, your enquiry may be copied there so our team can handle it. We do not sell your contact details to advertisers.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data because you asked us to quote or plan a trip (a pre-contract request), and because we have a legitimate interest in running a travel business and preventing spam.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to complete your booking discussion and for reasonable business / tax records, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to erase a lead that did not become a booking.
Sharing
We share data with hosting providers that run this website, and with our operations tools when configured. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry data by writing to us via the Contact page. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights, we will honour those to the extent they apply.
Cookies
We use a necessary session cookie so you can stay logged in to the admin area, and a visitor cookie so page views can be tied to an enquiry. These are not used for third-party advertising networks.
