Is a quote a confirmed booking?
No. Submit your dates and we send a tailored price. A trip is confirmed only after you accept the itinerary and we send written confirmation (and payment terms, if any).
Do prices include flights?
Package prices on this site are land arrangements unless a package explicitly says flights are included. We can help you choose flights as a separate enquiry.
Can I customise a package?
Yes. Use Customise Your Package or tell us on the quote form. We confirm hotels, nights, and vehicles before you pay — we do not show a made-up instant price.
How fast do you reply?
Most enquiries are picked up the same working day. Peak season (summer in Kashmir, winter holidays) can take a little longer. Add a phone number if you want a faster callback.
Are cab rates on the site final?
Cab cards show the daily rates we have loaded in admin. Tolls, extra kilometres, and night charges may apply. We confirm the fare for your pickup and drop before you travel.
