    Day 1 · Arrive Srinagar

    Airport pickup, hotel or houseboat check-in. Evening Shikara on Dal Lake (usually 1 hour). Rest and local kahwa.

    Day 2 · Srinagar sightseeing

    Mughal Gardens (Nishat / Shalimar), Shankaracharya viewpoint if open, old-city markets. Evening free by the lake.

  3. 3

    Day 3 · Gulmarg day trip

    Drive to Gulmarg (~1.5 hrs). Meadows, Gondola Phase 1/2 on spot (weather & queue). Return to Srinagar or overnight if quoted.

    Day 4 · Srinagar → Pahalgam

    Drive via saffron / Awantipora belt (~2 hrs). Check-in near Lidder River. Evening free for riverside walks.

    Day 5 · Pahalgam valleys

    Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and/or Chandanwari as road & weather allow. Soft pace — pony rides optional & pay-on-spot.
